The service will cater for the following groups of young people:
• 16/17 year olds who present as homeless to the NIHE;
• 16/17 year old looked after child
• 16/17 year old care leavers who fall within the Relevant and Qualifying categories of the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2002
Young people aged 18 – 21 who are:
• Vulnerable homeless/ Care leaver
• A young person once living in Supported Lodgings accommodation may remain until the age of 24 years where this is assessed as appropriate (DHSSPS, Standards for Supported Lodgings for Young Adults (Aged 16-21) in Northern Ireland)[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/2″]
